On your first order, you have up to 60 days from your order date to try products in your store and return what doesn’t work. If you return items you purchased on Net 60 terms, you won’t be charged for the portion of your order that you returned. For items that have already been charged to your card, we will refund your card for the return value.
Buyers are responsible for the logistics and operation fees occurred during the return process. Only items in resellable condition are eligible for a refund. We do not accept returns on food or customized items.
